Sunshine Coast Grammar Swimming Club claimed victory at the recent Wide Bay Short Course Champions, taking home 146 medals and breaking almost 50 Club and Wide Bay Meet Records.
The strong club of 83 athletes placed first in the women’s overall scores, third in the men’s overall scores and claimed two Age Championships in the 13 and 14 Year Girls divisions.
From humble beginnings to swimming stardom, Sunshine Coast Grammar Swimming Club’s rise to prominence is inspiring. The Club’s journey to the top has been filled with dedication, early morning training sessions and an unshakeable belief in their abilities.
At the helm has been Head Coach, Luke Stafford and together with coaching and support staff, the Club has transformed into a powerhouse of aquatic prowess.
“Our athletes have worked incredibly hard to get to this point. Each member brings unique strengths to the team and it’s their collective effort that led us to victory,” said Luke.
